All in one night, ladies and gentlemen, Coffee House Press presents:
The musical talents of Dylan Hicks, author of brand new novel Boarded Windows and its companion soundtrack: Sings Bolling Greene. Crowd-sourced, book-based performances by Bedlam Theatre. The Grammar Gauntlet, in which you can test your grammar and vocabulary mettle against the minds of fiercely competitive CHP authors. Reform: Retext, where you can make art out of the printed page (Thanks to the Walker and MCBA for the materials!). A fun and fabulous silent auction, lots of snacks, wine, and beer . . . Oh, and did we mention that there is a sundae bar?
If you want to get in on all of that, and rub elbows with some of the hottest literary people in town, join us for Biblio Bash: A Literary Carnival on May 5!
Because as mu
ch fun as we’d have partying by ourselves, to make the night a success, we really just need YOU. Biblio Bash is not your traditional literary event—there will not be authors on stage, reading to a passive audience. We want to reinvent the literary experience to be interactive and fun, bringing together books, authors, readers, and Coffee House supporters for one night of celebration.
We hope to see you there!
