With Biblio Bash just around the corner (May 5th, people! Make sure it’s on your calendar!) the silent auction items are really starting to pour in. We are so grateful to our community for their generous donations: from tickets to gift certificates to books, we have a fantastic array of goodies that will be available for bid at the event. Here are just a few that we are particularly excited about:
Rock the Garden Tickets:
On June 16th, The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will play host to Howler, Tune-Yards, Doomtree, Trampled by Turtles, and The Hold Steady. With a line-up like this, it’s not surprising that tickets sold out in less than an hour. But we were able to snag two tickets, and they’ll be available at the Biblio Bash silent auction!
David Sedaris Tickets:
What book-lover doesn’t love David Sedaris? And while his books are hilarious, nothing quite compares to hearing him perform his own work live in that dry, perpetually witty voice. We’ve got tickets to see him at the State Theatre, thanks to Hennepin Theatre Trust!
7-Night Stay at The Villages at Izaty’s:
A stay at The Villages at Izaty’s is a wonderfully affirming reminder of why we love living in Minnesota.
