Thanks supporting Coffee House Press by ordering directly from the publisher. If you are having issues for your order, here are some common questions and answers that may be helpful.
When will my book arrive?
We work hard to get your books in the mail as quickly as possible. Sometimes, due to weekends or holidays, it can take 1-2 days to process and send orders. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Coffee House Press offers free domestic shipping via USPS Media Mail. Packages typically take 5-10 business days from the time you receive confirmation to arrive at their destination.
If you’re an international customer, books are shipped via USPS International. Packages can sometimes take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on their destination.
Can I track my package?
Coffee House can add a tracking number to your package by request and free of charge, but such tracking labels require a signature for proper delivery. If you decide you want to add the label, please mention this in your order notes, and Coffee House will email you with your tracking number. Consider whether you’re able to provide a signature upon delivery before you request a tracking number, as being unable to sign for a package may disrupt your shipment.
It’s been longer than 10 business days and my package isn’t here. What should I do?
If there is a problem with your shipment, email email@example.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you within one business day to help out.
I want to order books on consignment or wholesale. How can I do this?
Email Nica Carrillo at firstname.lastname@example.org with any consignment or wholesale inquiries. Please note that Coffee House is not able to consign directly to merchants who already hold an account with Perseus or DAP. If you are a merchant with a Perseus or DAP account, please contact those distributors to order Coffee House titles.
