Order FAQ

Thank you for supporting Coffee House Press by ordering directly from the publisher. If you are having issues for your order, here are some common questions and answers that may be helpful.

When will my book arrive?

We work hard to get your books in the mail as quickly as possible. Sometimes, due to weekends or holidays, it can take 1-2 days to process and send orders. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

Coffee House Press offers free domestic shipping via USPS Media Mail. Packages typically take 2-8 business days from the time you receive confirmation to arrive at their destination.

If you’re an international customer, books are shipped via USPS International. Packages can sometimes take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on their destination.

Can I track my package?

Coffee House adds tracking labels whenever possible. You can track your package through your order confirmation email.

It’s been longer than 10 business days and my package isn’t here. What should I do?

If there is a problem with your shipment, email our order manager with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you within one business day to help out.

Can I order books on consignment or wholesale?

Email Nica Carrillo at nica@coffeehousepress.org with any consignment or wholesale inquiries. Please note that Coffee House is not able to consign directly to merchants who already hold an account with Ingram. If you are a merchant with an Ingram account, please contact them at (800) 343-4499 to order Coffee House titles. If you are a merchant without an account, you can set one up with Ingram at the phone number listed in order to purchase Coffee House titles.

I have a different question about my order that isn’t answered here. How I can get my answer?

Email our order manager with any other inquiries about your book order, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
