Now Announcing The Writer's Studio @ Coffee House Press!

 

Coffee House Press is thrilled to announce our inaugural courses for The Writer's Studio @ Coffee House Press!

These writing classes are open to individuals of all backgrounds, including those who are exploring creative writing for the first time, as well as aspiring writers who want to prepare work for publication. Each class is led by an accomplished local author and capped at 10 participants to ensure an intimate workshop environment.

Fall 2024 Course Information

We will host two courses during Fall 2024: Creative Nonfiction: Practice and Process led by Kathryn Savage and The Iris Workshops: Sound + Color + Poetry led by Elisabeth Workman.

Registration has closed for both courses

Classes are capped at 10 participants and registration is first come first serve.
We will hold one spot in each course for a scholarship student. The deadline to apply for a scholarship has passed.
Classes will be held in person at the Coffee House Press offices located at 79 13th Avenue NE, Minneapolis.
Both courses will begin the week of September 16 and meet once a week for six sessions from 6-8pm. Please click on the individual courses to learn about their exact schedules.
